Wire bending test machine complies with the requirements of UL817 and other related standards "General safety requirements for cord components and power cords". Applicable to the relevant manufacturers and quality inspection departments to bend the power line and DC line for test. The machine can be used to test the lead wire and wire bending strength. It is to weight the sample after it’s fixed to the fixture. After bending for a predetermined number of times, the wire breakage rate is detected, or the machine stops automatically when the power is off and to check the total number of bending times.

1. Main parameters.

A. Test station: 6 groups, test for 6 plug leads is carried out at the same time

B. Test speed: 10 ~ 60 times / min, digital display (scale dial plus indicator pin indication, manually adjustable)

C. Bending angle: 10° ~ 180°( adjust speed by knob, LCD display)

D. Bending angle display and adjustment: indicator pin indicates scale dial, adjust eccentric shaft manually.

E. Main functions: Each group is calculated separately. After the product is broken, the machine stops and saves the data automatically.

F. Swing total count meter: 0 ~ 999999 times (can be preset, when the number of times is up, machine stops automatically )

G. Swing conduction sub-counter: 0-999999 times (conducted automatically count, once one group is disconnected, stop counting automatically )

H. Load weight: 6pcs for each 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g

I. Handle test fixture:6 sets of non-slip special fixture for sample , which is not easy to be damaged. 

J. Test fixed rod: can be adjusted up and down, to fix the lower end of the product, the test is more in line with the standard.

K. Chassis: Use anti-static powder spray paint.
