1. Function

High temperature oven is a piece of requisite test equipment for aerospace, automotive, home appliances, R&D and equipment, and other fields. It’s used to test and determine the environment parameters and performance for electrical, electronics products and materials under environment of high temperature, constant temperature or rapid changing temperature.

2. Structure

1) Inner size: W500× H600× D500mm (W×H×D); other bigger or smaller sizes are available

2) External size: W1000×H820×D650mm (W×H×D) for reference;

3) Operation panel: locates at the top of worktable;

4) Door type: open the single viewing door from right to left;

5) Viewing window: the doors with windows W300 * H300mm;

6) Internal material: 430 mirror panels, thickness 1.0mm;

7) External material: cold rolled steel, thickness 1.0mm, powder coating process; (creamy white);

8) Interlayer: inner box is divided into two layers, with two pieces of sample holder;

9) Insulation material: high temperature rock wool with good heat preservation;

10) Seal material of door: high-temperature silicone tape;

11) Brake running wheels is movable and for position fixed.

3. Machine Material

1) Inner material: using the current international market, the high temperature and corrosion-resistant SUS stainless steel with thickness of 5mm; strengthen treatment for inner box, will not be deformed during vacuum operation, which makes your products be processed in a clean working environment.

2) External material: adopts the international universal 1.0mm SECC steel plate; the outer surface of steel plate is treated by the precision double-layer powder paint, which is nice and generous and enhances its anti-corrosion and anti- rust performance compared with the normal appearance spraying process.

3) Insulation material: imported aluminum silicate cotton with strong insulation properties used for insulation materials that with less energy conservation to reduce the impact on ambient temperature of equipment.

4) Sealing material: Anti-high temperature silicone.

4. Temperature control system

1) 7'' programmable touch screen control

2) Timer setting: 1s -9999 hrs (selectable hour, minute, second) temperature,when time to the heating current stop,it will alarm;

3) Temperature line (K) type;

4) Signal output is 3-32V;

5) Heating controller solid state relay (SSR);

6) Heating material: SUS high-temperature heating pipe;

7) Temperature range: Room temperature + 10 C ~ 200 C.; (other temp. models are available)

Heating rate: 100 ℃ about 15 minutes;

8) Control accuracy ± 1.0 ℃;

9) Inside temperature uniformity:± 1.5℃%.(no-load test)
