High Temperature Oven

1. Function.
High temperature oven is a piece of requisite test equipment for aerospace, automotive, home appliances, R&D and equipment, and other fields. It’s used to test and determine the environment parameters and performance for electrical, electronics products and materials under environment of high temperature, constant temperature or rapid changing temperature.
2. Features.
2.1. LED display, key-pressing controller, single point and single temperature control;
2.2. Install casters at the bottom, which can be moved according to the placement position
2.3. K-type thermocouple temperature sensor with high accuracy, fast induction temperature, high temperature resistance and low maintenance
2.4. The outer box is made of Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed with baking paint, corrosion and high temperature resistance, and the structure is perfect;
2.5. The inner box is made of 430 # mirror panel, with smooth surface, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance and easier maintenance;
3. Sample limited.
The test of flammable, explosive and volatile substance samples is prohibited for this equipment; and storing corrosive substance samples, storage biology samples, storage of strong electromagnetic emission source samples etc..
4. Structure.
4.1. Inner size: W1500 x H1200 x D1500mm (2700L); other sizes can be customized.
4.2. External size: W1750 × H1820 × D1710 mm appr. for reference; 4.3. Control panel: located on the upper side of the machine
4.4. Door-open: open the two doors from the middle;
4.5. Inner material: 430 # mirror panel, thickness 1.0mm;
4.6. External material: Q235 cold-rolled steel, thickness of 1.2mm, powder paint processing;
4.7. Compartment: The inner box is divided into four layers, the bottom is 100mm from the first layer or more; with 2 shelves equipped that can bear 80kgs, height is fixed.
4.8. Insulation material: high temperature resistant fiber rock wool; 4.9. Door sealing material: high temperature resistant silicone strip;
4.10. The movable caster and adjustable fixed foot cup are installed at the bottom of the machine.
5. Temperature control system.
5.1. The temperature control instrument is a PID digital display instrument (Taiwan TESHOW meter), single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, PV/SV simultaneous display, key setting;
5.2. Timing settings: 1-9999 (H, M, S) adjustable, time to stop heating, alarm at the same time; 5.3. Temperature sensor line (K) type;
5.4. Signal output is 3-32V;
5.5. Heating controller: SSR solid state relay;
5.6. Heating elements: high temperature resistance heat pipe;
5.7. Temperature range: RT +20 ~200 °C; Long-term running ≤ 180°C. 5.8. Control accuracy: ± 1.0 °C;
5.9. Display accuracy: 0.1 °C;
5.10. Heating rate: Room temperature to 200 °C takes about 45 minutes; 5.11. Temperature deviation: 100 ℃ ± 2 ℃, 200 ℃ ± 3 ℃ (no-load test)
6. Winding system.
6.1. Internal hot air circulation, the left and right sides of the inner box are exhausted on both sides, and return air on the top;
6.2. Motor is a long-axis high temperature resistant special type, motor power 750W, voltage 380V,
6.3. Wind wheel is multi-blade turbine type, 10.5 inch;
6.4. An air inlet at the right side, an air vents at the left side.
7. Safety protection system.
7.1. Over-temperature protection system: When the temperature is out of control, over-temperature protection exceeds the set temperature the system will automatically stop heating supply to protect the security of your products and machinery;
7.2. Circuit protection: ground protection, fast insurance and so on.
