1. Function.

The Tumble drop testing machine is suitable for rolling and dropping experiments of mobile phones and other similar products. It has a 6-digit display counting function. There are 2 test chambers for simultaneous experiments of 2 samples.

It’s suitable for various small portable electronic products such as mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, CDs, MP3s, remote controls, etc. to carry out continuous rotation drop tests. After N drops, the number of times set by the counter is reached.

2. Applicable standard.

The test equipment meets the international GB/T2423.8-1995 or IEC60068-2-32, Ed2 test conditions;

the roller manufacturing process meets the GB/T2423.8-1995 appendix standard.

3. Features.

A. The unique design of this machine can meet the test of 500 or 1000mm drop height at the same time, and test at most 2 mobile phones at the same time;

B. It is driven by a Taiwan-made speed-regulating motor and a speed governor for the rotation speed setting, and it is driven by a synchronous pulley/transmission, with extremely low start-stop noise and stable operation;

C. The design of the operation panel is simple and easy to control, the frequency can be directly displayed, and the rotation can be controlled by jog to facilitate loading and unloading of the test piece. It will alarm when the set number of times is reached;

D. LCD display can be preset to count, with electric memory function, it will automatically stop when the set number of times is reached;
