IP56 Water Jet Rain Test chamber

The IP56 Water Jet Rain Test Chamber simulates the artificial simulated rainfall environment to test the waterproof ability of the tested products according to the international standard requirements. It is suitable for testing electrical products, enclosure, seals and external lighting, signaling devices and the housing of automobile lamps to ensure good performance of equipment and components in a rainy environment.

Characteristic.

1) The main functional components are equipped with quality brand configuration, advanced and reliable technical principles, and the best control of noise and energy saving;

2) The cabinet shell material is treated with steel plate paint, the inner material is made of stainless steel light board. Large visual glass is easy to observe the specimen status inside the chamber.

3) The bottom of the chamber with user-friendly fixed PU activity wheel, adjustable speed of the sample station.

4) Full-color touch screen interface, programmable controller;

5) Turntable electrical part is fully sealed, which effectively prevent the water leakage; using speed governing motor, the speed is in the standard range of step-less adjustable, and can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for testing with a sample power-on to prevent the winding).

6) Water flow is adjustable through the flow meter, manual adjustment.

7) Nozzle: in accordance with the specifications of IEC60529 system (as shown below)

8) The test time is controlled through time relay, simple and practical; can be set: 0-999min (adjustable), after the completion of the test, automatic shutdown; (IPX56: test time can be set on the touch screen).

9) A key conversion between IPX5 and IPX6, a key to start, automatic shutdown.
