Brief introduction.
This machine is mainly suitable for shock resistance tests in the fields of electronic products, aerospace, shipbuilding, military industry, auto parts, transportation and other fields. By choosing different waveform generators to do shock tests such as half-sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave or square wave can be performed.
Standards compliant.
Applicable standards GB/T2423-2008, GJB150, GJB360, GJB548, GJB1217, MIL-STD-202F, IEC-68-2-27, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-883E, etc.

Features.
n Structure
1) Working platform: using high-strength imported aluminum alloy working platform.
2) Lifting mechanism: The motor drives the ball screw to lift the working platform.
3) Lifting height control: The lifting height is measured by the photoelectric encoder component installed on the base. The photoelectric encoder measurement has high precision, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and ensures the repeatability of impact.
4) Braking system: pneumatic strong friction brake to prevent secondary impact braking function to prevent secondary rebound
5) Buffer system: to effectively reduce the impact force on the ground, a self-buffer system is designed, which consists of a base, a damper and an airbag.
n Waveform generator
Half-sine waveform generators are mainly made of engineering rubber or wool felt. A variety of different thicknesses are connected in series to form a variety of stiffnesses to achieve different impact pulse widths.
n Safety device
Emergency stop switch: cut off the circuit in emergency situations such as forcibly disconnecting the contact welding of the action mechanism.
n Introduction of shock measurement system
The system complies with MIL-STD-810, GJB-150-18-86 and IEC68-2-27 standards, it has accurate and fast shock waveform capture capability, the highest sampling rate can reach 1MHz.
It is also an integrated solution, you don't have to be busy with waveform viewing and recording, it can do everything from capturing shock events to generating reports, and more importantly, it also provides you with Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) analysis capabilities , which can help you to effectively evaluate the potential damage of the shock pulse to the actual system. Finally, ancillary force-deformation, shock response, etc. analyses can help you understand more details about shock results.
